FAQ

When do meals start?
Dinner starts from either 18:00 or 18:30.
Last order: 20:00
We ask that you finish your meal by 21:00.
When does breakfast start?
Breakfast starts from either 8:00 or 8:30.
Is lunch served?
There is no lunch service. We serve two meals per night stayed (dinner and breakfast).

Dinner consists of banquet style cuisine made from seasonal seafood from the Ariake Sea and the main dish is Takesaki-Kani.
Dinner is served in your room.
Breakfast is a Japanese-style breakfast with a buffet including pickles, miso soup containing Takesaki-Kani, and more.
Breakfast is served in the breakfast hall located on the first floor.
Is it possible to stay multiple days in a row? If so, does the dinner menu change?
It is possible. Please inquire if interested. It is possible to slightly alter the dinner menu, such as substituting meat for crab, etc.
Do the rooms contain baths?
Some of our guest rooms feature outdoor baths.
Normal guest rooms are not equipped with a bath, so please make use of the large baths.
Are there any smoking rooms?
There are no smoking rooms.
Do you have transformers available?
Sorry, not available.
Is it possible to bring in drinks?
As a general rule, it is not possible. However, it is possible to bring in small amounts of special drinks that we do not sell at the hotel.
Is Internet service available in the rooms?
All rooms are equipped with Wi-Fi.
What time do the large baths close?
You may use the large baths until 23:00 and then again from 6:00.
Do you provide laundry or dry cleaning services?
Sorry, not available.
Are there any vending machines?
There are vending machines for soft drinks. (No alcohol is available.)
Are there any convenience stores or supermarkets nearby?
They are located 5~15 minutes away by car.
Do you provide pick-up and drop-off services?
We can pick you up and drop you off at the nearest Station (JR Hizen-Oura Station).
Do you have a parking lot?
Yes, we do.
What times are check in and check out?
Check-in: 16:00~ (Final check-in: 19:00)
Please contact us by telephone if you wish to check in after 18:00.
Check-out: 10:00
Is early check-in or late check-out possible?
This is negotiable. (It is possible within about an hour’s difference.)
Is there a curfew?
No, there is not.
Can my pet stay with me?
Sorry, pets are not allowed.
Can I pay with a credit card?
It is possible if you pay with VISA or MasterCard in single payment.
Do you accept UnionPay?
No, we do not.
What are the regulations regarding cancellations?
Cancellation on the day: 50% of the accommodation fees
No-contact, No-show: 100% of the accommodation fees
What are the fees for children?
We offer a one-night stay including two meals (children’s platter) for from 6,480yen
What is included in the charges?
Accommodation fees, consumption tax and service charges are included.
Bath taxes are required separately. (150yen per person)
How should I get to Kaijyoukan?
It is approximately 60 min by car from Takeo-Kitagata IC, and approximately 5 min by car from Hizen-Oura Station.
